FAQ's

How do I book?

Either by completing an enquiry form, sending an email to thejerseygrazingco@gmail.com or via our social media pages. For Boxes and Boards, you are required to pay in full to secure your booking. For Grazing Tables a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the 50% balance due 14 days before. Placing an order will be taken as agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your event, we can refund your 50% deposit that has been paid. If you cancel your booking 14-30 days before your event, we cannot issue a refund on the deposit. If you cancel less than 14 days before your event, the full 100% balance is non-refundable.

How long will it take to set my table up?

Depending on the size of the platter it takes between 15-45 minutes to unload cool boxes and equipment and a further 1-2 hours to arrange, set up, and organise your food and foliage.

How long can my grazing table be left out?

Your grazing table can be enjoyed for 4 hours and then it will need to be disposed of. We do encourage customers whose celebrations are longer (weddings/christenings) to take this into consideration when deciding what time to order their table for.

Do you deliver grazing boxes?

Delivery can be arranged to St Helier for orders over 10 people.

Can you accommodate allergies and specific dietary requirements?

Absolutely! Please advise at the time of booking and we can discuss options and alternatives to ensure your platter is suited to you!

Do you provide plates, napkins and cutlery?

Yes we do. Bamboo plates, wooden cutlery and napkins are all available for purchase alongside any grazing table or platter, to save you on the washing up! Please see our Grazing Tables page to find all additional extras!
